This item is 4 separate pieces. It was very easy to put together and arrived very quickly. I expected the drawers to be shallow given the depth of the piece so expect that. The shelf in the larger pieces is stationary but is adjustable in the smaller side pieces. I was worried the oak/oak would have a yellow undertone in it but it does not. It took me a long time to find a medium height cabinet for an alcove in my foyer.Im pretty happy with this. I was nervous with all the reviews that it was hard to put together and that the doors dont close. It took less than 2 hours and if your doors dont close its likely you installed them upside down (as we did the first time). My only minor complaint is the color is more yellow-toned than depicted. Love the color and storage. Took some effort to put it together but nothing extremely difficult. Everything works. I saw some reviews that said the drawer’s didn’t pull out far enough but I feel like they are sufficient. This came in very handy at our Easter dinner as a dessert buffet.
