I needed this carport to use as an outdoor workspace for upcoming renovations. Its the next best thing to a garage. I do recommend installing the roof canopy after the roof frame has been assembled. Assembling the roof canopy after the frame was fully erected proved to be cumbersome. Highly recommend using a four-step ladder or 6 ft ladder. I was able to assemble alone. This car port looks great and functions great. We got the larger size and it fits my husband’s truck perfectly. The instructions were easy to follow, but just be prepared to leave a lot of time to assemble this. Start to finish it took us a long weekend with mainly 1-2 people working on it at a time.
