This was a great find for me. Package was delivered timely and packaged securely, so there was no damage to the product. They give you an additional two glass globes just in case you break one while installing lol. I will say the install was very nerve wracking because you had to attach these hooks to the balls and then attach them to the springs that are on the flushed mount. It puts you in the mind of attaching hooks to a Christmas ornament. You have to be very careful when installing not to risk dropping and breaking one. I have been trying to determine the size of an average decorative sphere. Most of those in furniture accessories sale told me that 6" was standard, so I ordered a 6" crystal ball. I've read numerous customer comments, hoping that someone would state the size of a standard decorative sphere, so I wouldn't have to keep buying and returning the wrong size. When I saw the Oren Ellis Mandell clear crystal spheres sizes 3.5 and 4.5,I decided to take a chance on the sizes. Eureka! Both sizes worked in my bowl. Very pretty chandelier! So on trend and a great dupe for more expensive options. The instructions were pretty easy to follow but I would have appreciated a more detail recommendation on handing the glass balls. The hanging length is a little short in proportion.
