Plan on a couple hours. Youll need a large clear area to sort out all the different pieces. Not hard, just tedious. It looks nice but I doubt it will have a lot of staying power. Im okay with that. Really great grill set up. I added the side burner pizza oven, griddle, charcoal pan, cover separately. The grill itself puts out great heat, the side burner gives a nice sear. The drawers and side cabinet are nice, just wish the drawers opened a little more to fit the pizza oven in or the side cabinet shelves were positioned a little lower to fit the pizza oven on the top shelf. I have to store it separately because of that. If it rains, water does get into the drawers, so I definitely recommend a cover. The pizza oven for the side burner is pretty small, it does not fit a 12 inch pizza peel. I ordered this item and I love it! It was easier to assemble than I thought and it looks great. I love the 2 styles of side burner (sear burner and regular burner) and the grill looks amazing. I look forward to having a gathering and using all the features. The sink is nice, the storage and large castors are great aspects. The Mont Alpi charcoal tray truly offers the best of both worlds, the Mont Alpi gas grilling results are perfect in every way, but occasionally every chef would like to explore charcoal cooking and smoking. This tray replaces the sear plates and can be filled with wood chips, wood chunks, or charcoal. Cook that ultimate juicy steak above a bed of searing charcoal or simmer some logs for a slow-cooked salmon or pulled pork. The charcoal tray adds immeasurable versatility to your cooking experience and using the gas burner as a lighting method makes for easy work. The tray is self-contained for easy cleanup.
