I was also not a fan of the included lumbar pillow, as I found it uncomfortable and ended up replacing it. Despite those minor issues, I highly recommend this chair. Chair is made very well. Looks fabulous, but cloth material is cheap. No back support, the chair is so deep you can’t reach the back. The pillow for the back is a quarter of what it should be in thickness. You’re going to have to buy very thick pillows to get a chair that is suitable.
