The couch is lovely and so comfortable. It arrived in two large boxes packaged well, and I was able to assemble it by myself in about 2 hours. The instructions were very simple and easy to follow, which made the process straightforward. (Ps. The couch legs have screw covers on them. I learned the hard way lol) The only reason I’m not giving this five stars is that the back and armrest cushions don’t actually attach to the couch and feel more like pillows, which can be a little annoying. This sectional sofa with ottoman came in five large boxes which were delivered right outside our apartment door on the second floor. The young female FedEx driver was professional, happy, and very strong, and she pushed the bulky boxes up the staircase without damage. Each package was well protected and easy to install and configure as suggested in the pictures or according to your individual preferences. The fabric looks good as shown on the website. We enjoy sitting and lounging on this sofa. So far we have no complaints of this product because we only received it on May 24th, 2026. In terms of the product's longevity, we can’t tell after three days but it looks well built and we hope the sofa will continue to hold together in the long-run. It’s very comfortable.. An. I wanted to experience the couch in real life for a bit before I wrote this review. I'll start with receipt: item arrived quickly and as expected in three large cartons. No issues with the delivery. Assembly was fairly easy for the most part, with the exception of adding the back frames, which was difficult. The holes would NOT line up for me to attach and it was only with the help of a crowbar to move them into alignment that we (this was a 2-person job at this point!) were able to get them completed. Once fully assembled I was very happy with this VERY LARGE couch. I bought this without taking the full amount of time I should have to confirm the size and I was very nervous whether it was going to be too big for my space. As it turned out, it was perfect! It's large enough for multiple people to stretch out and relax and deep enough for two to lay together as well. But the 'deepness' of this couch is a double-edged sword. While it's comfy for laying down and lounging, it feels too deep for sitting and visiting. It's hard to just lean back and sit. The back cushions may be the reason for this. They are flat. Like really flat. I had hoped that after a day or so they would plump or fluff up but they do not. Definitely disappointed there. I've added quote a few throw pillows and they help but the issue remains. So overall -- I am giving this couch 4 stars. It's not bad for the price point and looks really nice in my living room.
