Extremely durable it definitely has some weight to it which surprised me. When it was heavy, I knew it was going to be durable and thats exactly what it was. Mounted easily surprisingly and supported my 100 inch TV with absolute ease. This mount is able to twist and turn and fold in every imaginable an angle, even if you dont mount the TV 100 level, you can turn and tilt the TV to the exact level that you need. even if you did not mount the TV perfectly level, this full motion mount was able to angle in any direction for the perfect view.. Very hard to find narrow base brackets that allow hook part to rotate. This is the one! We used them vertically to put curtains in closet door frame (no more sliding doors for us. This non-standard installation required some modification - basically drilling into the hook part so the screw can carry the modest weight of rod and curtain. Fortunately, the hook is solid metal, not hollow and was able to accept the screw and carry the weight. This is the second time we purchased these brackets for a vertical install for a closet door curtain.
