First thing, we are big Henckels fans. We bought this pan and it is a work of art; a thing of beauty. Pictures don't do it justice. It is well engineered. My Wife has cooked vegetables in it a few times and raves about it. It cleans up perfectly. We like that there are no harsh chemicals in the mix. We always use plastic utensils. I have downsized to very few pans and this one is a great smaller choice. Heavy, but not too heavy to handle easily, nice even heat, takes 4 cups of liquid in the narrow base part neatly and then won’t over boil with the wider top but takes additions or stirring easily.
