I told him the message that’s blinking on the hood screen and he asks , so do you need parts ? What ?! How am I supposed to know. Oh my goodness. That’s why I’m calling him, to figure this out. Honestly save your money and your time. I will never purchase from wayfair again. I will update this review, the very helpful technician that is asking me if I need parts is suppose to come to my home tomorrow, therefore I need to miss work to wait for him. I should have consulted my contractor prior to buying this, because another piece is needed to work with this three-way diverter valve. It would’ve been helpful to have notes on the description, indicating another piece was needed.
