The Ottoman by 14 Karat Home Inc. Is a very nice well made sturdy ottoman. We couldnt find any manual but it was simple enough to screw in the 8 screws for the feet of the ottoman but there are 2 metal bracket and there are 2 slots in the bottom platform of the ottoman but we cant figure out how it is supposed to be installed. The pillow tops were vacuumed pack and have weight to them very well made and nice material. Our dog loves it! There are velcro on the bottom of the top pillow and the middle section. While it’s great that the pieces attach easily, I do wish the connector pieces were more fixed in position so the sofa would stay firmly in one spot instead of moving around. Tamil and his team delivered, assembled, and cleaned up all within 30 minutes. Highly recommend the assembly when delivered. Sectional itself is the perfect firmness and pillows are very comfortable. Pillows are tinted blue, but it goes perfect with our color scheme. You need the pillows or else it’s a hard, straight backing, but I love the pillows, they go so well with it. Stools in the side of the sectional are equally as firm, so they can be used as foot rests or small seats. Pieces click together easily so anyone can rearrange to their liking. Headrests are at the perfect height. Pushing into place against our hardwood floors did not leave scratches which is amazing.
