Loved that the chair is all black, love the vinyl material, that it is strong enough to hold me (275 pounds), that it isn't heavy and has the handle on top, is comfortable, fits under the desk beautifully, slides well, but there is a down side as well. Chairs need to have a seat height option of at least 20-22 inches for some who experience knee issues (I hope Flash Furniture sees this). Hence the lower star rating.
