They are super heavy and the brushed brass finish is beautiful. Sprayer and faucet all seem well made. We have not installed it yet - so can't speak to ease of installation but instructions seemed pretty detailed. The company sells matching drains which I bought separately for our farmsink. Got the Heritage pull-down faucet, Matte Black, with the knobs. It did a good job for about a year, then it started to leak a little. After a couple of years, the faucet began to chip and peel and then progressively got worse over time. The knobs began to loosen, and the caps that cover the knob screws stopped sealing cause we had to remove them too much to tighten the handles. Initially, I would have said I was very happy with the purchase. But for the cost, I would expect it to last longer than three years. That said, we still have it after four, though it looks a bit mangy. I personally don't think I would order this product again, definitely not in the matte black with knobs. Just too many things with it broke down, and it's not cheap. ***Update: It was still within their 10-year warranty. My sincere apologies for the late review for this amazing grill. I’ve been trying to get this in for 2 weeks with problems with photos and a tree falling in my backyard. I had photos from my old phone that did not transfer over no matter what I tried. Then a 40’ maple toppled over in my yard during a crazy unexpected storm. Please excuse the fact I didn’t take out the grates to clean fully. This grill works like a dream and is pleasing to the eyes. I’ll have to admit it was time consuming to assemble, but so worth its top end performance and even cooking from 4 burners! There is ample room for cooking several steaks with enough room to add some corn on the cob or burgers hotdogs, baked potatoes … you name it. I can easily cook dinner for 6 to 10 people on this grill all at once. This grill came quickly and was very professionally packaged and handled. As I mentioned, it was difficult assembling mainly due to the instructions. I had to break it up over a weekend to complete the job. Regardless, I rate it five stars.. Leslie. Quakertown, PA.
