Please note you have to buy the concealed wall box with this or it cant be installed. Mine arrived with a dent and as my contractor failed to tell me before installing it, I feel I have to keep it. Had he told me before installing it, which was rhr last thing he did as his job was done, I would have exchanged it as it's a great towel warmer and works well. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
