This entry set has been working great for us. We love having a lever instead of a knob. The only thing is that my husband had to create a notch at a different location and shape for our prehung door, because the one provided did not line up with the location that was pre-notched on our door frame. I do not recommend this handleset. It does not operate well at all. The lever is not straight and lockingunlocking the door is extremely difficult. The door does not latch easily either. Overall I’m really disappointed in this purchase. I would return the item, but it has already been installed in my brand new door and the holes have been drilled. I really like this door handle which was for the front door of my house. Seems to work well and seemed easy to install. I only wish I had purchased it in the antique brass. This finish is quite dark. But otherwise it is nice.. Lin. Pacifica, CA. Tue Feb 21 2023
