The tub is gorgeous. Make sure you use mild detergent to clean like dishwashing liquid. I used soft scrub comet and it took forever to get the lighter color film residue off. It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. This tub arrived quickly and without a scratch. It is well-made with quality materials and finish. I can sit comfortably and stretch out my legs. I’m 5’9”. Note that it requires 3 separate gfi plugs. Optimally this would be on a platform with plugs underneath. There is no access panel or spot to run cords thru. Mine was dropped into the basement. Because it has a faucet and not a tub filler, it takes quite some time to fill.Before you turn on the pumps, make sure they are at their lowest setting. If not, they will throw water EVERYWHERE! And if the tub is too full - even with settings as low as possible - the water bubbles over the sides. The jets are so strong that it’s difficult to relax with them on. The tub is beautiful and I can't believe the price for a stone resin tub. I was quoted more for an acrylic tub, which would have cheapened the overall look of my bathroom remodel. It was perfectly crated and undamaged. It took 4 men huffing and puffing to haul it to my primary bath, but it was just installed and all is working well. A few things to note: it is thinner than I imagined it to be based on the weight, so I hope it doesn't mean it is more fragile in the long term. the matte will definitely get scuffs when installing, but it comes right out with the sander..
