This tub arrived quickly and without a scratch. It is well-made with quality materials and finish. I can sit comfortably and stretch out my legs. I’m 5’9”. Note that it requires 3 separate gfi plugs. Optimally this would be on a platform with plugs underneath. There is no access panel or spot to run cords thru. Mine was dropped into the basement. Because it has a faucet and not a tub filler, it takes quite some time to fill.Before you turn on the pumps, make sure they are at their lowest setting. If not, they will throw water EVERYWHERE! And if the tub is too full - even with settings as low as possible - the water bubbles over the sides. The jets are so strong that it’s difficult to relax with them on. It doesn’t help that the light flashes thru its colors quickly and there’s no way to turn it down or off. Hope I grow to tolerate it better.. Anonymous. Fri Feb 13 2026

I haven’t installed the tub yet, but I am very pleased with the look. The delivery by Osmel and Eloy was seamless. I was given a four hour time slot that they met, and messaged me before arrival. This delivery went without a hitch, surprisingly if you consider the size and weight of this tub. I’m hoping the delivery of an 84” vanity I hope to be ordering soon from Wayfair will go as well..
