I like the cabinet overall, but one of the front right legs arrived with a 2" x 2" chip missing from the end. Unfortunately, I couldn't wait for a replacement — the trades needed access — so I had to repair it myself using white plastic filler, white spray paint, and a clear coat. It took considerable time and effort, and given the price I paid, that's not an experience I should have had. I ordered the more expensive version of this to include the mirrors. The mirrors did not arrive and Wyndham customer service is stating that is for a different vanity even though I am showing a screen shot directly from my order. Update, they called me and resolved the issue. When speaking to someone on the phone everything went well. I love this vanity so much that I have two! It fits perfect in both of my bathrooms and I’ll be looking at their double when it’s time to remodel the master bathroom. The one, truly disappointing, experience this time was Wayfair’s shipping! I had to call and complain several times. The vanity was over a week late. This is unacceptable. Arrived on the date I scheduled and was delivered into my bathroom, which was great because it is heavy! The shipping box was very well protected and both pieces were in perfect condition. It looks stunning, and I am very pleased. The vanity itself is well made and impressive. I purchased the grey and love the color. Unfortunately when we opened the box containing the counter top and sinks one of the sinks had a big crack. The whole top is being replaced at no charge but I won't be getting it for another 3 weeks which has now put our remodel on hold and that is why I am rating it a 4. My advice to anyone purchasing a large vanity do it locally so it doesn't get damaged and you don't have to add a month on to your remodel. Fingers crossed the next one isn't cracked.. Constance. I went with these to save about $1000 on each as compared to the ones from the kitchen/bath store my builder wanted me to use. I ordered two white ones for our new home remodel for an en-suite and our powder room. They are great. They are a bit lower quality than the one I have in my current home from a kitchen/bath vendor but better than the big box store options. I’m happy with the quality particularly given the thousand dollar difference per vanity. The drawers could be 3 inches longer (there is wasted space behind them). The wood drawers feel a bit lighter and are a little thinner than the more expensive one I have but they have great soft close drawers, a nice finish, and a beautiful top.
