I ordered the more expensive version of this to include the mirrors. The mirrors did not arrive and Wyndham customer service is stating that is for a different vanity even though I am showing a screen shot directly from my order. Update, they called me and resolved the issue. When speaking to someone on the phone everything went well. Arrived on the date I scheduled and was delivered into my bathroom, which was great because it is heavy! The shipping box was very well protected and both pieces were in perfect condition. It looks stunning, and I am very pleased. The only thing to know is that, because of the bottom drawer, hookup for the drain was tight with less than 1/4" between the bottom of the p-trap and top of the drawer.. Alan. Phoenix, AZ. The vanity itself is well made and impressive. I purchased the grey and love the color. Unfortunately when we opened the box containing the counter top and sinks one of the sinks had a big crack. The whole top is being replaced at no charge but I won't be getting it for another 3 weeks which has now put our remodel on hold and that is why I am rating it a 4. My advice to anyone purchasing a large vanity do it locally so it doesn't get damaged and you don't have to add a month on to your remodel. Fingers crossed the next one isn't cracked.. Constance. This is well made and reasonably priced. I would have given it 5 stars, but as a previous reviewer noted it is really shiny. It is also a very true, cool toned bright white. This is important to note if incorporating a white countertop or sinks. We ended up switching out the hardware and overall are happy with it. I will post some pictures to try to show the true color. One other note of caution if you are pairing with a custom countertop with under mount sinks. Apparently now it voids the stone warranty if the installer drills into the stone so they use a different type bracket. Because the side panels on this vanity are inset the screws came through. I went with these to save about $1000 on each as compared to the ones from the kitchen/bath store my builder wanted me to use. I ordered two white ones for our new home remodel for an en-suite and our powder room. They are great. They are a bit lower quality than the one I have in my current home from a kitchen/bath vendor but better than the big box store options. I’m happy with the quality particularly given the thousand dollar difference per vanity. The drawers could be 3 inches longer (there is wasted space behind them). The wood drawers feel a bit lighter and are a little thinner than the more expensive one I have but they have great soft close drawers, a nice finish, and a beautiful top. This high quality, economical tub features lightweight acrylic warm-to-the-touch material, an integrated drain for easy installation in any setting, and a comfortable molded lumbar support.
