Beyond pleased with the manufacturer of this item (Wyndham) and with Wayfair. I unfortunately received a badly broken countertop, but Wayfair replaced the entire item. The second one was in perfect condition and though the project was delayed, it was 100% worth the wait. This is a great quality piece. It fit my space very tightly, but my amzing contractors made it work. He also added a toe kick to the bottom for that custom look. I highly recommend this product and anything from this company. I have always been so greatful for the awesome customer support by Wayfair. Therefore, I do not hesitate to make larger purchases here. The tile backspash is also Wayfair! I ordered the more expensive version of this to include the mirrors. The mirrors did not arrive and Wyndham customer service is stating that is for a different vanity even though I am showing a screen shot directly from my order. Update, they called me and resolved the issue. When speaking to someone on the phone everything went well. Somewhat concerned about ordering something this expensive sight unseen. However, Wayfair delivered to my full satisfaction. The white Quartz top looks fantastic and the quality and look of the 60 inch, double sink white vanity is pleasing to the eye, especially with the black mat fixtures and mirrors ordered through Wayfair as well. I spent a lot of time reviewing all of the available vanities on the Wayfair website and found the product information and customer reviews and ratings very helpful. The delivery process with ETA was important because I was able to coordinate the installation with my contractor and plumber. Paying the extra fee to deliver to the second floor washroom was also well worth it and the delivery guys were very careful not to damage walls and stair railings. I love this vanity so much that I have two! It fits perfect in both of my bathrooms and I’ll be looking at their double when it’s time to remodel the master bathroom. The one, truly disappointing, experience this time was Wayfair’s shipping! I had to call and complain several times. The vanity was over a week late. This is unacceptable.
