I've been looking at this model for about 4 months. I found the best price on Wayfair. I decided to go for the highest height for my maltipoo to see out of my sliding doors and over the balcony. Shes not comfortable coming down the steps yet but has walked away from me when I tried to take her down letting me know she enjoys it. I put her regular bed underneath, and plenty of room to throw her toys under the steps. Sturdy but not too heavy for me to carry up 5 flights up steps to my apartment. Appears to be relatively heavy-duty and well made. It is certainly long enough to serve as we expected for our old fat beagle to use to get up into my truck, on the couch and possibly onto the bed again. Rocky has arthritis in his hips and we do a lot of lifting of his aft end to get him up the back steps, into the truck and onto the couch. The ramp is long enough to make the grade favorable and not so steep he cannot negotiate most "climbs" as needed. The ramp is very compact when collapsed, yet quite strong when extended for use. While this seems well constructed for having just received it yesterday and not yet using it. My cats were both exploring inside which was reassuring to me. Not pictured is the floor mat within, though I am still getting a crate pad or something because there is no cushion. This was easy to setup and seems it will be easy to break down for storage. HOWEVER... while the item is in new condition, I was sent a returned product and paid full price instead of out of the box price. In my photos I'm including the printed email return form that was included within the bottom of the fully enclosed box. I am not James and this order was placed May 19 not May 11, James paid $125.99 and I paid $122.33 at what was listed as NEW and not out of box. There was also no printed assembly instruction within, which yay for trees, but just provides further proof that I was sent a returned out of box item. My order ends in 715, James order ends in 605. I don't have the time window to return it for my needs and that's just bad for the environment, but Wayfair should make this right. Very happy with the pet stroller. Our two Ragamuffin kittens fit perfectly inside with space to spare. Walks are smooth and the large wheels allow pulling up steps going in and out of the house. What prevents a 5 star rating is the difficulty in folding down to store away. You need to almost disassemble entire stroller to do so. I have been using this crate for a while now. I absolutely love it! I use it for my giant breed rabbits as it allows them to have plenty of space to move around and stretch out.
