Haven’t installed yet, but these were a great value on sale! I’ve seen some places charging 80 per light and the cheapest other option was still 40. Since I have to buy a large volume of these, a savings of 5-10 per light realllllly adds up! Innovation at its finest and a true game changer. Edison marries the best of our collections to give you the versatility of design and uncompromising construction. Edison fixtures are industrial-inspired that can be customized with glass or metal shades from both collections.

The light is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. We didnt put the shades on yet. But the problem we ran into is that the round base is barely 4 and the hole and light box are 4, so although we got a very tight and clean edge of tiling around the light box, the small base didnt cover the hole. We would have had this problem whether we tiled the wall, or not. gLuckily I still had leftover sheet copper from a stair riser remodel and used that to make a matching goof plate to cover up the larger hole. So just beware that when the contractors cut the hole for your light box they didnt over-cut it because this light will barely cover a 4 light box. I think the light is pricey, and was one of the more expensive parts of our bathroom semi-remod. But there arent a lot of options for copper colored lighting, so after a successful problem solve and getting it up on the wall, Im happy with the purchase. Unfortunately, these lights don’t work in my house. They are made for new construction and in order to make them work in an older house. You have to retrofit the light fixture, which would cost more money than it’s worth. They are not made to go right into an existing light fixture. You will need to order the springs from the company for them to work unless you have newer construction they won’t work. That being said, they seem like good quality. It looks just like the picture. I bought 2 to put over my island, they are the perfect size, not too big and not to small. The smoked gray glass and gold blend beautifully. The only thing that I did not like, because it did not match, is the box that goes up to the ceiling, which is BLACK. That made the light fixture have to many colors and distracted from the beauty of the pendant. I painted it with the same ceiling white paint to wash it out. Now it's perfect.
