There is no USB charging port mentioned in the operation manual and we cannot find one on the chair. The sweet dreams setting actually rocks back and forth. Very enjoyable. The heat is soothing. The booklet states clearance is 3.2 inches. We found it was more like 5 or 6. This chair provides many options for adjustments that can be made for personalization.
