I absolutely LOVE this toilet. I pretty much dont have to touch it. I have an suppressed immune system so hygiene is a top priority. Wax Ring Was Terrible The included wax ring was low quality — it crumbled and failed to form a proper seal. I had to replace it with a better aftermarket wax ring to stop slow leaks and reduce odors. Side Screw Covers Do Not Fit This was one of the most frustrating parts The side covers that are supposed to hide the mounting screws do not fit. They won’t snap on or screw on properly. The toilet was a retrofit and I gave it four stars because parts were required that were not in the box for the different sizes of existing connectors The small card in the warranty bag offers parts from the manufacturer that we needed. This is a beautiful and modern toilet. We had to postpone installation as we need a GFCI plate on the bathroom outlet. This toilet is awesome!!! It is a high functioning toilet providing multiple comforting options like a heated seat, self cleaning bidet, night light, massage, etc. Enjoy tranquility on the toilet by listening to soothing music. Installation time does range from 1 to 4 hours depending on having an electrical outlet near for connectivity. The toilet also offers a manual flush feature should you loose electrical power.
