Great upgrade from a standard toilette . Built in bidet is perfect solution since we did not have space for a separate European style bidet . Simpler install without needing electric hookup was a plus and also cheaper . no warm water option was not as big of an issue as I thought … water pressure on bidet spray tube is high so don’t turn it on when you’re facing it or you will get sprayed in the face.. Wax Ring Was Terrible The included wax ring was low quality — it crumbled and failed to form a proper seal. I had to replace it with a better aftermarket wax ring to stop slow leaks and reduce odors. This added time and cost to the install that shouldn’t be necessary. Buy a high-quality wax ring with a rubber gasket or flange before installation — it’s almost essential with this toilet. One major let-down was the toilet seat lid It’s made of thin plastic that doesn’t feel sturdy. It flexes too much and doesn’t give a sense of durability. Compared to higher-end soft-close seats, this feels like the weakest part of the whole toilet. Side Screw Covers Do Not Fit This was one of the most frustrating parts The side covers that are supposed to hide the mounting screws do not fit. They won’t snap on or screw on properly. This toilet is awesome!!! It is a high functioning toilet providing multiple comforting options like a heated seat, self cleaning bidet, night light, massage, etc. Enjoy tranquility on the toilet by listening to soothing music. Installation time does range from 1 to 4 hours depending on having an electrical outlet near for connectivity. The toilet also offers a manual flush feature should you loose electrical power.
