Delivery was very good, arrived early. The tub is unbelievable-21 inches high, lots of jets. It was installed 2 days ago. Waiting for the tub surround. I actually got paint chips to try to match the color, because as you know, there are many whites (the white of my tub is not the white of my toilet. This tub arrived quickly and without a scratch. It is well-made with quality materials and finish. I can sit comfortably and stretch out my legs. I’m 5’9”. Note that it requires 3 separate gfi plugs. Optimally this would be on a platform with plugs underneath. There is no access panel or spot to run cords thru. Mine was dropped into the basement. Because it has a faucet and not a tub filler, it takes quite some time to fill.Before you turn on the pumps, make sure they are at their lowest setting. If not, they will throw water EVERYWHERE! And if the tub is too full - even with settings as low as possible - the water bubbles over the sides. The jets are so strong that it’s difficult to relax with them on. Love the whirlpool. Didn’t think the light in the tub was important but I do enjoy it. Just read the spec sheet before you buy, it needs two gfi to run the light and whirlpool motor. I haven’t installed the tub yet, but I am very pleased with the look. The delivery by Osmel and Eloy was seamless. I was given a four hour time slot that they met, and messaged me before arrival. This delivery went without a hitch, surprisingly if you consider the size and weight of this tub. I’m hoping the delivery of an 84” vanity I hope to be ordering soon from Wayfair will go as well.. We installed the first of 2 of these tubs about a month ago. The big issue is how much water you have to have to stop the lumbar jets from spraying into my hair and all over the wall. I feel like I have to be in the ready position and maneuver to get the jets turned on so we don’t have a huge mess. I don’t water the water so deep but I have no choice. I’m looking for a way to suppress those top jets and can’t find one. Also, I’m having a heck of a time finding a realistic detailed owners manual. Something that goes into detail with how to operate all the features. We also had the bottom air come on while the tub was not in use.
