Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out. The listed 360-pound weight capacity seems believable given how strong they feel. Assembly was straightforward overall, but I would recommend paying close attention when attaching the seat. One section is slightly slanted, and if you don’t notice it, you may have to go back and redo it like I did. Hopefully you can learn from my mistake.
