The only grip I have is that the burners do not turn down enough and the wok burner makes a strange humming sound at any level above 5 when any pan is placed above it. We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. Advice: Don't try to use a gas line that's longer than 36" (1m). Both a 3-prong and a 4-prong electrical wire were included. I really like the way I can tap on the oven door, and it lights up inside without having to open the door more importantly the glass is crustal clear so I can clear see inside. Pretty great especially for the price. Heats up fast. Especially with boost mode on the burners. The knobs are nice and easy to use, yet have locking things that make them hard to accidentally turn on; good combination and harder to design well than it looks. Range included a huge really nice air frying tray that I love use. Smart Functions are optional which is good because I will never connect this or any appliance to my wifi. Cook top has proven durable and easy to clean so far. The interface for the oven and other functions is pretty good. Lots of little things that could be improved: * The largest burner is 11". Weird size. Please try to just make it 12" since that is a common skillet size. * Easy clean seems fairly ineffective. * Air fry mode is ok, but convection bake seemed to get better results for air frying. * The touch interface goes to sleep and needs an extra tap at first which is slightly annoying. So far I love it. One can't really evaluate a range until more time has gone by. It looks good and fits perfectly. I have used burners a lot in two weeks and am pleased with their performance. I love my stove. Unfortunately the oven stopped working suddenly, 6 months after we bought it. FORTUNATELY I contacted Wayfair and I explained the situation. In 15 minutes the issue was addressed and they sent a replacement. I have my new fully functional stove!!. Aglae. ND. Fri Apr 03 2026
