The oven door does not stay open to take out the hot item. Need my husband to hold it open while I remove the item. Also the temperature is way off. I set it at 350 degrees. How did I not know I needed this? Those slide out racks are amazing! The convection makes getting cookies done quick for the grandkids a breeze. I absolutely love this oven. I’m a little less than 5’ tall so an oven that could fit where I could reach it was pretty essential. To go with the short stature, I have short arms.
