When I got the door it had a part with a screw hole in the wrong place and the hardware package was missing a few screws, but when I requested replacement parts they showed up in two days. These are beautiful shower doors (for my bathtub, actually). They are exactly as described. Their quality is excellent, and because of the extended size, they fit my uncommonly-sized tub enclosure perfectly. However, my tub is quite old and unfortunately the bottom brackets are too wide to be secured into the porcelain rim, and regretfully, I am unable to use these doors.. Marlene. New York, NY.
