Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. DTV+ actually works great, make sure your installer(plumber and electrician read the installation requirements before install. My outlet is a dedicated circuit and running our system with the 6 valve mod., water pressure is set @60psi running an overhead rain shower, 2 separate his/hers wall mounted shower, his/hers separate body sprayers and 1 hand held.
