First a note on materials: The fabric IS NOT CANVAS but Oxford fabric. This is not meant as a complaint. The two are very comparable, but if you are set on canvas you should be aware of the substitution. Other than that I am very favorably impressed Setup was straightforward and easy for one person. It holds its shape without sagging after several days. Ventilation with the internal vents open is more than adequate. It has stood up to two days of stormy weather admirably; there have been no issues with it standing up to the wind. As the later pictures show it is dry inside. The last photo shows water beaded up on the outside of the tent. The interior is roomy, and I am able to walk around comfortably. There's sufficient space to sleep several people and their gear or to use it in a less common way. It is currently doing service as a blacksmithy. There is still enough ventilation. There is enough room that the forge is in no danger of melting or burning anything. The fact that the floor can be unzipped means I can stay dry and not have to worry about dropping hot metal on fabric. The price is very reasonable for what I received, and Wayfair's customer service has been exemplary. The only complaint I have is that the raincap for the door does not have a big enough hole to fit over the door support. Was a little confusing hooking it up, had my buddy that’s an electrician come help. Put in a new 45 amp breaker and ran 8 AWG wire to a disconnect next to the sauna then ran wire from that to the control panel, then from there to the heating unit. Kicked right on after a little tinkering with the wires. If you’re not an electrician I’d advise you hire one because the DIY method sounds good but the videos online aren’t very informative. I had a sauna with a 110v hook up that just plugged in but got wrecked in a flood so I kept the old shell and hooked this one up. Used to take almost 2 hours to reach temp. This bad boy is 230° in 15-20 minutes. Amazing. Now I’ve got my ice bath sauna combo back in action. I also messaged them when I had an issue and they were quick to respond and handled it to over my satisfaction. Even wired up some sauna speakers to a cheap amp and hooked up a Bluetooth, then got a suction cup phone holder so I can watch stuff while cooking. 100 recommend.. Anonymous. Fri Jan 26 2024
