I had been looking for a cast aluminum chair with an adjustable back, that was not a chaise lounge as I wanted to maintain flexibility in a more constrained space, and thought that the ottomans could double as seats when extra company. Prior to purchasing this chair, I asked on two occasions whether the pictured ottoman was included (the description did not provide this information), and was informed both times that it was. When the chairs I ordered arrived, they did not have the pictured ottomans. After some back and forth it was later confirmed, contrary to initial representations, that this chair did not come with the pictured ottomans. I was pretty frustrated about this given the previous representations, my plans to use the ottomans, and the notable price for just a chair. Wayfair to their credit has been working with me on this, but I felt it important to note for others. Having looked at a lot of items from KB Patio, there were a lot of missing details generally speaking. This chair is sold by Darlee as the Nassau line, should you want a better idea of your options. The chairs are hollow cast-aluminum; heavy enough not to blow around but not solid. When I assembled each of them I had the chair frame screw hole strip two separate times (one on each chair), which again, given the price was aggravating and concerning. As a result I was not able to fully screw in the backs of chair base. The chairs look attractive except for the included cushions which are not pictured (see mine for reference). I will be forced to buy replacements as aside from looking like Jabba the hut they are actually so full as to render the chair less comfortable (the seat pad is basically as tall as the arms of the chair..
