This planter is beautiful and looks to be very well made and durable. I suspect it will last through several Chicago winters. I wish I had known that there is no "bottom" to the container - as we intend to use it on a rooftop deck. This planter is meant to be placed over soil. I also wish they would provide a way to section off the lower part of the planter, so that not so much soil needs to be used. Well made and very sturdy. Really like it compared to my previous wooden and plastic planters. Only issue is small gaps in each corner. I bought 4 of these. I am taking off a star because the assembly is pretty annoying. Screwing all the pieces together is easy enough. But each piece comes coated in sticky plastic that you need to peel off. It takes forever just to peel one piece off. There are 18 board in each raised bed and you need to peel this devil plastic off of each one. It literally takes longer to peel the plastic then to assemble the whole bed. Other than that quality seems solid. I noticed a few of the grommets came lose during assembly which was a nuisance. But They look great and I feel they will last a while.. Abe. Fri Mar 27 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great garden bed with ample room for a variety of vegetables or whatever you want to grow. Assembly is fairly easy given the complete and clear instruction booklet. It can be done by one person but is easier and faster with two. The storage rack underneath is very useful for tools, fertilizers, etc. The size and strength of the casters make it easy to move around even when it’s full. This is just what I was looking for! It was hard for me to find a perfectly sized planter that fit a specific spot in my yard, so I was happy to stumble upon this one. Love the added rack on the bottom for storage too. Fairly easy install. Definitely recommend two people. A couple of the pre-drilled holes were a little too tight for the hardware, but with a power drill and the included hardware, I was able to easily expand them for compatibility.. Taylor. These are huge! Perfect for raised garden bed that won’t require bending to tend…should also keep critters out. Seem sturdy and look nice. Assembly was simple.
