We purchased these pendants for our kitchen. They arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Our electrician dropped one while they were being installed and the globe shattered. I called Wayfair, expecting to have to pay for a replacement. Wayfair put me in contact with the manufacturer who replaced the globe without charge. The replacement arrived 3 days later and is now hung and matches perfectly. There was a more expensive light, that we were considering. Pendant looks nice but the materials are cheap. The top cover is so thin that the ends do not sit tightly against the ceiling because of the weight of the outside pendants. I had trouble screwing in the pendant extensions because of excess paint on the threads. I would expect better quality from a light that costs $380 even if it was made in China.. Thomas.
