Came quickley , packaged well, no damage!! I purchaed the 20" for a small powder room so it came assembled. The color goes great with wy wood floor which was a big plus!! It is pretty strudy and well built. We had to cut out part of the top shelf to go around the pumbing of a new faucet. But it stilll gives me a littl room on ea side for storage of toiletries. Fits perfect for the small space. We refinished the wood molding trim and had to trim a few pieces down to install and anchor vanity to the wall. Very happy with over all look and quality.. Jo. Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily. Based on the reviews, we knew that the assembly instructions would be lacking for quality, so we went into this with an open mind. The box that the vanity shipped in was pretty beat up when we received it, and there was some minor damage where the plywood un-laminated in one inside area. We were able to fix this with wood glue. We also used the wood glue in all of the joints to shore it up. It was missing pilot holes for some of the screws, but the wood is so soft that we had no problem with the screws going in. That being said, the wood is sturdy plywood, and the finish (blue) on the outside is nice and smooth. One complaint that we had is that the toe kick is longer than the width of the vanity, and it's long edges are unfinished, so they stick out a little bit. I'm sure no one will notice but it irked us a little. Also we tried to adjust the alignment of the drawers and we were not successful in getting the drawers where we wanted them. It took my husband and I about one hour to assemble this vanity, using glue, and power tools. We're very happy overall with how it looks and can't wait to put it in our new guest bath!. Mary. IL.
