I replaced my 20 year old grill with this Napoleon 700 series grill. The technology on this grill has come a long way compared to my old grill. Cooks great, doesn’t flare up like my old grill. It has an insulated hood that keeps a consistent temperature. I used the rotisserie for the first time this weekend and it worked great. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was. With the back infrared burner it cooked very evenly. The lights on the grill work great for cooking at night and they look pretty cool too. They heat up quick when you need it and the barely there simmer level is really good. They cool fast as expected from induction, really easy to clean up messes. Expensive but worth it to me. I also purchased the gold brass trim kits (stupid expensive too) and could not be happier.They also made the handle available for my dishwasher and I wanted all of my appliances to match. The trim kit had extra finials so i was able to add to the dishwasher handle as well. I will say that it is a major splurge and not a necessity but Im so happy with this upgrade.. Anya.
