So for that I highly recommend. However, it does have a few frustrating "features". The racks are difficult to use for a number of reasons. In the two months I've been using my machine, I still don't know the best way to load it. The top rack is OK (not great) but the bottom rack is bad. You can't put anything in the front half of the rack between the tines because everytime you push the rack in the dishes fall towards the back. I love having the flex tray at the top but the handle design is terrible and it is always coming loose. And on all the racks the tines that you can lay down never want to stay in place. The control panel has bright LED lights but the icons aren't lit up, which means at night when you want to use the machine you can't see the buttons because you're blinded by bright white light bars. Lastly, I put the machine online, which was handy for setting up washing cycles, but the other day it mysteriously disconnected from my phone and now I can't get the machine back online again.. Matt. This was a replacement for our original adjustable cantilever umbrella that broke within 2 months (and was not returnable or refundable). Works perfectly and was super easy to setup - although quite heavy, so I suggest being 2 people for the initial setup. Our umbrella fell on the ground after a severe storm and we had to replace the handle. I asked purple leaf (Kate) how I could have it repaired. They were extremely helpful and sent me videos on how to do it myself. I sent out for the replacement handle and was able to successfully replace the handle. We love our umbrella!. Andrés. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. I was deceived by the photo in the app which shows a large base,and the photo on the box also shows a large base, but when it arrived it was a flimsy crossbase. When I got customer service in the chat to help me resolve the issue, all of a sudden the chat is gone as well as my abilty to chat with an agent.
