From the moment I went to pick up the box they came in from the porch I was shocked at the 70 lbs weight! The quality and materials are excellent. Even the hardware used to put it together is very heavy duty. The chairs are extremely sturdy and look like they will weather well. Beautiful Spa looking Reclining Pool Chairs, HOWEVER, I wasnt expected this low quality. When assembling we didnt need to force much, the wood was falling apart as soon as we place the first screws. Not sure whether the lot of my chairs were not good or all of the units are like this. The chairs are not so cheap (compared with competition prices) so it could have some more sturdiness and strong acacia wood. They are great looking chairs. White glove delivery was a breeze, and status update throughout the process was simple. The chairs are very versatile. As others have mentioned, the cushions are stiff but after a few uses they are breaking in nicely. I’m now referring to these as my outdoor beds. The aluminum frames are sturdy but also lightweight so I can easily move them around. The armrests are chunky enough to hold a cup and phone so I don’t have to have a side table. Only having 1 armrest is really convenient for getting in and out, no scooting up and down the chair to get out. The flexibility these offer is exactly what I was looking for, put them together or keep the separate plenty of cushion space to get comfortable.
