I have only had the Sauna for 1 day, but so far so GOOD! All of the reviews (and the instructions) said set up was a 2 person job... definitely would have been easier with another set of hands but I carried everything down to a basement and assembled solo in less than 2 hrs. There are literally 7-10 pieces total. The electronics connections were super simple, great design. Got to 142 on first use. The Smartmak sauna I do NOT recommend. The poorly written assembly manual with parts not identified was inadequate. The process of assembly was very poor with no clear photos of the sauna we purchased. I'm very happy with this purchase. Sauna was delivered on time, well packaged and on a pallet. Three large boxes (largest weighed was about 170 pounds). I put this together myself however I strongly recommend that you have two people. Assembly took me about two hours but then again, I did it all by myself. Nice sauna! This sauna heats up to 140 in about 20 minutes. Large enough for two average size people. I hooked up the stereo to an Alexa Echo Dot and it works great. Only negative was that the width of the Sauna is not 47.25” as stated in the specs. The top is closer 49”.
