I've called and I'm waiting for some help. I ordered the Mesa 30" x 40" walk in soaker tub with shower enclosure with light and there is no light and it doesn't fit well on the bottom portion. The bottom portion says it has an inline heater but no electrician or plumber could find one and it came with no instructions and the wrong manual so we're pretty sure the wrong one got sent so I am not sure the right tub top and bottom arrived. I'm waiting for HELP as I have contractors standing by and I've spent alot of money. Pros: if I get the right thing I think it will be great, I've purchased it for my handicapped parents and we're all kind of on hold til this thing gets right. The tub is beautiful. It seems to be well made and is very heavy which is a good thing. The air jets create a vigorous bubble action which provide a nice "massage". The install was a bit difficult in the sense that it is very hard getting an accurate measurement on the rounded bottom for placement of the stabilizing wood blocks that you must fasten to the floor. I followed the installation instructions exactly but the manufacturer should find a better way to accomplish this procedure.
