What started as a “nice-to-have” has turned into a regular part of my routine. The Dual TrueSteam does a great job refreshing clothes that aren’t dirty enough to wash but don’t feel fresh anymore. Jackets, sweaters, dresses —less wrinkled, odor-free, and just feeling clean without using any chemicals. I also deal with seasonal allergies, so being able to refresh things like coats and scarves instead of letting them sit around has been a big plus. It’s way more effective than just hanging clothes up to air out. The MovingHanger actually works and helps steam reach thicker fabrics evenly. The Built-In HandySteamer is super convenient for quick touch-ups before heading out, and yes—it really does remove strong food smells (KBBQ included 😄). Overall, it’s easy to use, quiet, and looks great in the space. I’ve cut down on dry cleaning and my clothes stay looking newer longer. Check the bottom of the box for paperwork showing what screws to use for what parts. There is a separate page not i. The manual for the screws and plastic washer for the door handles. The instructions don’t specifically say when to screw parts in but you can figure it out. Wayfair has competitive pricing and had best ship dates when I ordered. We ordered a seat cushion and the back rests are a must, but they need to be screwed in. The thing I don’t like is the cords above to the ceiling. I never give 5 stars but did!. Gail. MN. So far, I love it! I actually wanted a smaller sauna, to fit the niche of a removed (never-used) Jacuzzi bathtub. MrSteam Remote temperature probe used to accurately read the temperature inside the steam room and send it to the controller.

You will not be receiving this product as pictured. The pictured item is the sensor probe for their commercial stream generators. The residential stream generator only comes with the probe, no metal housing/ grill. Mr. Stan expects you to put the probe within your grout....so not sure how this would work down the road if you ever needed to service or replace this probe...rip out your grout? Also, you'd need to consider your spacing in your grout where you'd be placing this probe. Wish I knew ahead of ordering and then requesting replacement which arrived like the first, no housing/grill.
