Fast Delivery on this top quality umbrella. I like these crank-tilt umbrellas. The last one we had, that was replaced by this one, worked for over 15 years. The only reason we replaced it is that the cord which is used eventually fails and they are impossible to replace without completely disassembling the center pole with no way to put it back together unless you have the press pins and a tool to replace them. So, in 15 years I will have to replace this one again I suppose. The Sunbrella fabric was in great condition on the old one, only because we covered the umbrella with a high-quality umbrella cover.... the cover is the key to the longevity. Ordered 2, 1 came with small holes in the fabric and dirty (probably used). I believe these are commercial grade umbrellas so they are high quality (other than the damage). Also ordered 2 umbrella stands which were also drop shipped from the same company. These also arrived damaged and one had paperwork in the box that showed it had been returned from a country club (the metal components were completely bashed in) Wayfair responded immediately saying a new umbrella and new stands will be shipped to us. In the meantime, my husband had to repair the stands to the best of his ability so we can use them for a party (reason we ordered them), because replacements will not arrive in enough time.
