We’re really happy with this greenhouse overall. The size is perfect—not too overwhelming, but still big enough to actually do something with. It feels like a great starter option if you’re getting into gardening without wanting to go all-in on something massive or super expensive. Assembly was definitely the biggest challenge. My husband put it together on his own (which… respect), but he said having a second person would make a huge difference—and honestly, even a third if you want it done quickly. That said, the instructions were clear and easy to follow, and all the parts were really well organized in the boxes, which helped a lot. Most of the hiccups were just from doing it solo. The only minor issue we’ve noticed is the door—it was pretty snug at first. We think one of the wood pieces may have been slightly bowed, but it’s already starting to loosen up and work better the more we use it. We love the look of it, and it feels like a solid setup for the price. It also didn’t feel overwhelming to prep the base (we did gravel), which was a big plus. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this for a first greenhouse—especially if you’ve got the space and want to start a larger garden without overcomplicating things. I paid for Handy to set this up as I knew I would be screaming at it along the way. I'm glad I did. It took my tech about 7 hours to do as he said the instructions were terrible. He would install a section then realize it wasn't in the order it should have been so then he had to undo his work and do it again. Great for the price. It is a very nice set. Not too lightweight, not too heavy to move around. Chairs are comfortable. Assembly: intermediate to advanced. Not sure what people who aren't mechanically inclined do to get this one together. All parts were there except 2 steel washers. I bought this for the wide door, and it is my first greenhouse. It was very easy to put together, the key is to not tighten the screws till you have all sections together. That being said my BF still had to drill out the very last hole. No big deal. The cover is fairly thick. The only downfall is that where I live is very windy. There is no way to use the roll up sides to ventilate. It is a design flaw, they should have just used big windows. The whole entire side comes up and the flap that lays on the ground can't be used to anchor. I have cinderblocks around the entire thing to hold it down. I am getting windstraps for it so maybe in the summer I could open it up. We have had strong winds and rain and the unit has held up. I'm not too worried about it getting hot inside, I think the front door rolled up, will be sufficient for ventilation. We are not extremely hot in the PNW. All said, for the price I am very happy. The greenhouse is beautiful! It took one and a half days for my nephew and I to put it together. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I am missing a piece. The part that attaches to the arm that lifts the vent was not included in the box. The vent is supposed to be automatic. But there is nothing to lift the vent.
