Absolutely gorgeous 3D fireplace. A few small issues were found, but it’s otherwise a beautiful fireplace! First, it advertises that it puts out 10,000 BTU. It has the capability of doing that but it’s really 5,000 BTU unless it’s modified. That should have been clarified a bit more on the product description. Especially since it’s huge and nearly impossible to return once you’ve opened it up. The other issue I found with it is that the app is only compatible if you have 2.4GHz WiFi…I have a smart home and I use Starlink which is a satellite WiFi. The app will not work whatsoever with Starlink and so I can’t use the app at all to turn my fireplace on and off. It has a remote that comes with it so that’s just kind of a minor issue, but I wish (for the price I paid) it would match the ever evolving technology out there. This umbrella looks very nice. It is quite large and blocks a good bit of the sun from our large deck. I have an issue with the ease of raising and opening the umbrella. Its nearly impossible to open the umbrella while its in the lowered position, however, once I raise it up, I cant reach the crack to open it because its too high. Further, raising it up is difficult. Ive had other umbrellas like this before that raised up very easily. This one is awkward and hard to do. I end up struggling with it to raise it up a little bit, opening the umbrella, then raising it up the rest of the way.
