This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. Pulls work great. We had a unique need for door handles for two different doors in a recent remodel. Both doors were ball catch closure with the door style too narrow for a dummy door knob set. We already had the pull on the kitchen cabinets and decided to use the larger 160mm for the adjacent pantry doors. The look is uniform and ties together the two areas. We also had a narrow linen closet with the same ball catch closure and decided to use it there as well to tie in with the adjacent cabinetry. Again, it looks good for this non traditional application. We did replace the enclosed screw with a longer (3”) #8-32 machine screw to accommodate the thicker door dimension and added a small #8 zinc washer on the screw head to provide more bite for the handle opening the door..
