We just installed this 10'' round umbrella in a Water Tank Base The instructions were good, and the umbrella functions as advertised Four star rating because the 2-piece Cover Plate that goes on top of the base, around the the base tube and main tube, does not snap together at all This is a poorly-designed object, and I hope this problem does not hint at other problems with this umbrella.
