When my husband installed it, as the picture shows, the big rounded head had such a weak flow that it hardly can call a rainfall. Nice black and matte finish which elevated the bathroom look. Love the magnetic handset, and the little rubber thingies on it too. The rounded shower head has those rubber nozzles too. The shower hose is a bit shorter than what we had but that’s secondary. UPDATE: CasaInc did send us a replacement flange, and the shower is now working perfectly. It's absolutely great - always the right temp (as long as you remember to push all the buttons before getting into the water to clear cold water in the lines from the last shower), easy to adjust the body sprayers aim, and the waterfall option is wonderful for rinsing hair. Only one star due to initial issues getting the missing part. When our plumber did install it, we discovered that we are missing the flange that goes between the shower head and the wall. We've been trying to get a piece from the manufacturer for almost a month now as we were outside the 30 day Wayfair window for missing parts and feel like we are getting the run around. My husband is probably going to end up having to make the metal piece himself, which fortunately he can do, but purchase with caution and make sure to check all the parts as soon as you receive it even if you are installing it later..
