I really like our new umbrella. It seems sturdy, although I've yet to see it in a big wind storm. I will definitely have to make sure it is closed. It sets up really nice. This umbrella works well and is the quality I expected at this lower price point. A plastic piece that attaches in the middle of the pole was broken almost completely in half when we received it and clearly low quality plastic. We didn’t ask for a replacement in light of that. Thankfully it’s not essential to the umbrella’s operation. There’s no strap to wrap around the umbrella when not in use, which we don’t mind but something to know. This umbrella is fantastic and glides open and closed so easily. It was difficult to assemble though, and I had to hire a handyman. I’m usually pretty decent on my own, but this was cumbersome.
