So far so good. The installation was tough as the template supplied for the alignment of the screw holes on the back didn't really work. We had to modify the holes on the back. We are planning on placing a stainless steel panel to cover the hole left by our microwave. The little remote was a cute feature I didn't realize it came with, so that was a bonus.. Jessica. Just received opened up looks like it might have been a return no plastic wrap on it and streaky not sure if that’s the way in comes and some round marks on top that will be hidden from cabinet but if I pay full price I don’t want a returned unit.. Steve. Sun Feb 23 2025
