Im genuinely impressed with this mattress. The medium-soft feel (3.57 on the firmness scale) is just right - supportive enough for back sleeping but with enough give for side sleeping too. The ice-silk cover really does feel noticeably cool when you first lie down, which is a big plus if you tend to sleep warm. No more flipping to the cold side of the bed. The 200-night trial gave me confidence to try it, and honestly I dont see myself returning it. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
